This fantastic Regency chest of drawers dates circa 1800. The chest is bow fronted in design, having two short drawers above three long drawers. The short drawers having one original decorative handle and plate, the long drawers each having a pair of original brass decorative handles with plates. The stunning decoration of the chest is in the manner of Angelica Kauffman. Adorned with cherubs, swags, bows and flowers. The chest has been hand painted, we believe circa 1900.
This exceptionally beautiful chest sits on two outswept feet to the front.
