This fabulous French commode dates circa 1920. The patina of the oak is striking. The shaped oversailing top sits above three serpentine shaped drawers, each drawer having decorative carvings and a pair of impressive brass handles. Carved front edges, recessed panelled sides, shaped skirt with fantastic central carving this super French commode stands on carved shaped cabriole legs to the front with ball and claw Chippendale style feet. Please note the chest is in excellent condition.
