Description
This fine commode dates circa 1890. Shaped marble top sits above a pair of drawers, each drawer has a striking sun burst marquetry inlay and a pair of ormolu gilt handles with ormolu gilt escutcheon’s. To the base is an ormolu decorative mount. Striking quarter veneered sides, impressive ormolu gilt mounts, out swept feet with ormolu gilt mounts to the front. A stunning commode.
