Description

This fabulous Wellington chest is in excellent condition and the rich oak platina of the chest is striking. This narrow Wellington chest has a shaped over sailing top with a carved edge, below are six graduated drawers, each drawer having a decorative metal handle. Intricate carved detailing runs along the top freeze and down both the front columns where high relief carvings of fruit and foliage cascade vertically. Carved detailing to both sides this fine Wellington chest which stands on a plinth base.
