Description
This stunning wardrobe was made circa 1885 for Sale Hall in Manchester. The oversailing cornice has dental carved decoration, below to the left is a full length bevel edged mirrored door with carving above. The door opens to reveal a shelf above a brass hanging rail with brass hooks. The central section and right-hand section has unique coloured stained glass doors depicting flowers. The central carved door opens to reveal a brass hanging rail with brass hooks. Below the right side coloured glass door are three long drawers, each drawer with brass handle. Above the three drawers is a carved shaped secret drawer. The wardrobe sits on bracket feet.
